LPLifePilot Syntix

Privacy, Data, and Support

This page explains how LifePilot Syntix handles your data, how to request deletion, and how to contact support.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-07-01

LifePilot Syntix is a local-first life readiness assistant for captures, files, event packs, checklists, reminders, purchases, and readiness scores. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising purposes.

Data Collection and Use

  • LifePilot Syntix stores your app data locally on your device by default.
  • The app can be used without a LifePilot account.
  • Documents, photos, receipts, screenshots, PDFs, text, links, event packs, and purchase records are not uploaded to our servers by default.
  • OCR for images is processed on device where supported. Images are not sent to Google ML Kit servers for OCR.
  • If an AI extraction feature is offered, it is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in in the Privacy Center before eligible capture content is sent to an AI provider.

Data We Process

  • Captures you add from camera, gallery, files, shared content, pasted text, or links.
  • Extracted fields such as dates, locations, amounts, currencies, order numbers, emails, URLs, return deadlines, and warranty dates.
  • Event packs, checklists, reminders, readiness scores, purchases, attached files, and local archive records.
  • App settings, notification preferences, privacy settings, and premium entitlement state.
  • Google account email and Google object IDs only when you connect Google Workspace sync.
  • Optional support messages you send to us, including your email address if you provide it.

How Data Is Stored

  • Structured app data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
  • Imported files are copied into app-private local storage.
  • Lightweight preferences are stored in local app preferences.
  • Google Drive, Calendar, and Tasks data is created only when you connect Google and choose to sync.

Google User Data and Workspace Sync

Google sync is optional. LifePilot Syntix uses Google user data only after you choose to connect a Google account and grant the requested permissions. You can use the core app without connecting Google.

The app requests the following Google API scopes for sync and import:

  • Google Drive file access ( https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file): create and update the LifePilot Syntix folder structure and upload proof files that you have added to LifePilot.
  • Google Calendar event access ( https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events): create, update, delete, and import LifePilot event and deadline entries in your primary Google Calendar.
  • Google Tasks access ( https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks): create, update, and import LifePilot checklist, return-window, warranty, and deadline tasks.

Google Data Accessed

  • Google account information: your Google account email address and sign-in state. The app stores the email address locally to show connection status.
  • Google Drive: the LifePilot Syntix Drive folder ID, LifePilot subfolder metadata, uploaded file metadata, web links, and the files you choose to sync from LifePilot to your Drive.
  • Google Calendar: LifePilot-created or LifePilot-marked event IDs, titles, descriptions, locations, start and end dates, deadline dates, and attachment links to synced Drive files.
  • Google Tasks: the LifePilot Syntix task list ID, task IDs, task titles, task notes, due dates, completion status, and LifePilot markers used to find and update the correct tasks.

How We Use Google User Data

  • To create and maintain a LifePilot Syntix folder in your Google Drive.
  • To upload LifePilot proof files, receipts, documents, screenshots, PDFs, or other attachments you added to the app and chose to sync.
  • To create, update, or remove LifePilot Calendar events for event packs, return windows, warranty dates, and other deadlines.
  • To create or update LifePilot Tasks for checklists, deadlines, return windows, and warranty reminders.
  • To import LifePilot-marked Calendar events and Tasks back into the local app when you choose Import from Google in the Privacy Center.
  • To keep local sync metadata, such as Drive folder IDs, Calendar event IDs, and Tasks list IDs, so the app updates the same Google items instead of creating duplicates.

Google Data Storage

  • Google user data is not stored on DigiSyntix servers for Google sync.
  • Synced Drive files, Calendar events, and Tasks remain in your own Google account.
  • The app stores only local sync state on your device, including your Google email address, connection status, Drive folder ID, Tasks list ID, and item IDs needed for future sync.
  • Imported LifePilot-marked Calendar and Tasks data is copied into the app's local SQLite database on your device.

Google Data Sharing and Limited Use

  • We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Google user data is transferred only between the LifePilot app on your device and Google APIs as needed to provide the sync and import features you request.
  • We do not grant third parties access to your Google Drive, Calendar, or Tasks data through LifePilot.

Permissions We Use

  • Camera: capture receipts, documents, and screenshots when you choose to scan.
  • Photos/media/files: import images, PDFs, and text files into the app.
  • Share sheet: receive shared text, URLs, images, and PDFs from other apps.
  • Notifications, exact alarms, boot completed, and vibration: schedule reminders and deadline alerts.
  • Internet/network: Google sign-in, optional Google sync, store billing, and support contact.

Third Parties

  • Google Sign-In, Drive, Calendar, and Tasks are used only when you connect Google sync.
  • Google ML Kit text recognition is used for on-device OCR where supported.
  • Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase process subscriptions and purchase restoration where enabled.
  • App stores may process downloads, payments, refunds, and store-account data under their own policies.

Security

  • LifePilot Syntix is designed as a local-first app with private local storage.
  • Sensitive lock-screen notification content can be hidden from the Privacy Center settings.
  • We do not require you to send documents to our servers to use the core app.

Retention

  • Local data stays on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
  • Google Drive, Calendar, and Tasks items remain in your Google account until you delete them there.
  • Support messages remain only as long as needed to answer your request and maintain support records.

Data Deletion

LifePilot Syntix does not require a LifePilot account. Most data is stored locally on your device or, if you enabled sync, in your own Google account.

  • Use Privacy Center in the app to delete local LifePilot data from the device.
  • You can also delete local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in device settings.
  • Use Privacy Center to disconnect Google sync. This stops sync and keeps local copies.
  • To remove synced Google data, delete the "LifePilot Syntix" folder in Google Drive and related LifePilot entries in Google Calendar and Google Tasks.
  • If you contacted support, email us and request deletion of your support message records.
